Data about you

The email you order with, the tickets you open, and security logs (IP address, browser, time of each request). We never need your own TikTok login and never ask for it.

Data about your orders

What you bought, how many and for how much, the result the payment provider sends us, and what was delivered: logins, passwords, mailbox details, 2FA keys and cookie files as the listing included them. The payment provider keeps your card or wallet details; we do not see them.

What it is used for

Delivering, comparing a warranty ticket with what was delivered, answering you, stopping fraud and keeping the books. We sell nothing to anyone. Payment, hosting and email companies handle data on our behalf.

Retention

Delivered logins until the order can no longer be claimed; order and payment records for as long as accounting rules ask; logs briefly. Cookies on this site only keep you signed in and remember the cart and checkout.

Asking for your data

Write through the Contact page from the email you ordered with to get a copy, correct something or have it deleted.
